Avatify requests access to your device's camera solely for capturing selfies to generate AI avatars. The camera is only activated when you explicitly initiate a photo capture. We do not record video, access your photo gallery without permission, or use the camera for any purpose other than avatar generation.
We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifiers unless you voluntarily provide them (e.g., when sending feedback).
Your photos are transmitted to third-party AI services (fal.ai) solely for avatar generation. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after generation completes. We do not use your photos for training AI models, marketing, or any purpose other than avatar generation.
Generated avatars are stored locally on your device. We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for app improvement purposes. No personal photo data is stored on our backend.
We use the following third-party services:
— fal.ai: AI image generation API (photos are transmitted for processing)
— Firebase: Analytics and crash reporting
— RevenueCat (future): Subscription management
Avatify is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
